Refund Policy
At Kuminsá, we value your time, your energy, and your commitment to growth. Each session is prepared with intention and we honor the energy both sides bring to this work. To protect the integrity of the coaching container, we’ve established the following refund policy:
All Sales Are Final
All purchases for coaching sessions, packages, or VIP experiences are final and non-refundable once booked. This includes:

Single sessions

Multi-session packages

VIP days or exclusive in-person experiences

Special discounted or promotional offers
Your booking secures dedicated time, preparation, and energy from your coach. This allows us to give you the highest-quality support.
Rescheduling Instead of Canceling
If something comes up, we offer one-time rescheduling per session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) are not refundable and may result in the loss of the session.
In Rare Exceptions
We understand that life can bring unexpected events. In the rare event of an emergency (medical, personal, or unavoidable crisis), you may contact us to explain your situation. Refunds or credit toward a future session may be granted at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: Repeated refund or reschedule requests may result in booking restrictions.
Non-Attendance or Disrespectful Conduct
If a client does not attend the session without notice or behaves in a way that violates our values of respect, safety, and professionalism, no refunds will be issued.
If Kuminsá Cancels
If Kuminsá needs to cancel a session and a suitable reschedule is not possible, you will receive a full refund for that session, no questions asked.
