It depends on the package you choose. Each coach's page shows exactly what's included: session length, frequency, and everything else, before you commit to anything.

100% online. All you need is a device, a connection, and somewhere quiet. Your coach meets you wherever you are.

What time zone are the sessions in?

All sessions are scheduled in Atlantic Standard Time (AST – Curaçao time). If you live elsewhere, our calendar will automatically convert the times to your local time when you book.
