Cancellation Policy

At Kuminsá, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains what happens when you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.

Our goal is to respect both your time and the time your coach has reserved specifically for you.

Cancelling or Rescheduling a Session

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled coaching session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge.

If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, the session may be counted as used and, for coaching packages, deducted from your remaining sessions.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us at info@kuminsa.com with your name, coach and scheduled session details.

The time your request is received by Kuminsá will determine whether it falls within the required notice period.

Need to cancel because of an emergency?

We understand that unexpected situations happen. If an emergency or serious unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending your session, contact us as soon as possible.

Kuminsá may make an exception to the cancellation policy at its discretion.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not contact Kuminsá or your coach beforehand, the session will be considered used.

For clients with a coaching package, the session will be deducted from the remaining sessions in your package.

Finding the Right Coach

If you feel that your coach is not the right fit for you, you don't need to cancel your coaching journey.

Your unused sessions remain available when changing coaches.

If Your Coach Cancels

If your coach needs to cancel a scheduled session, Kuminsá will work with you to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

Your session will not be deducted because your coach cancelled.

If your coach is no longer available to continue working with you, Kuminsá will work with you to arrange another coach or another appropriate solution.
